How to Make a Booking at QBK
It's very easy to make a booking.
Pop in and see me for a look around - anytime after 11am and before 2pm. I think it's so important for you to see where your dog is going to be staying. It also allows you to ask any questions and share any medical needs or other requirements to make your dog's stay the best it can be.
You can either fill in a form on the day that you visit or I can email you the form to fill in at home. The most important thing is that your dog is fully up to date with their vaccinations - without that, I cannot accept your dog into QBK.
I now ask that all dogs come for a taster session, to make sure that they are going to thoroughly enjoy their longer holiday at QBK. They come in around 10.30am on the first day and leaves around 3pm on the second day. This then introduces your dog to the routine, get out into the paddocks, familiarise them with their surroundings and allows them lots of one on one attention with me.
This gives you complete peace of mind that your beloved dog is going to have a great holiday whilst you are away from them. I rigorously stick to a daily routine, so the dogs slip back into the routine, very quickly. This in turn, takes away any stress for you and for them. I always tell the truth, if I think your dog has struggled, I will let you know. All the dogs that stay, are here because they love being at QBK.
During the taster session, it allows me to assess whether your dog would benefit from our Party Block or would rather chill in our Kitchen Block. I like to put dogs with similar minded dogs. If you've got a dog that would prefer to rave all day long - we can accommodate them, easily. Just the same as if we have dogs that would prefer to snooze and watch the world go by - we've got them covered!
Pop along and see QBK - I'd be delighted to show you round.
